Overview

RentMLs can be used to advertise and maintain a log all properties for any individual, realtor, or company portfolio.

Fees are based on the number of properties in a portfolio.

Payment is made by recurring credit card payment every month and the monthly payment is automatic every thirty days based on, the membership type, and the number of properties in a portfolio.

Properties can be changed to hibernate mode when rented and kept on the RentMLS server for reactivation at any time if annual membership is maintained and monthly payments are current.

Example: An agent or office with say fifty (50) rental properties can upload each individual property once and activate or hibernate each one at any time according to availability.

The total cost for a bronze member is $29.95 annual membership and monthly fees on tier level ten for fifty (50) properties is just $56.95 per month. This is just over $1.00 for each property advertisement per month.

Each property costs just over $12.00 a year and may be in either hibernate or in active mode as often as required with no restriction.

HOW TO PLACE AN AD

Choose the type of membership most suitable for you. Memberships can be upgraded at any time, or a second or even third type of membership may be added and created at any time if required by larger companies for different types of properties.
Note: Memberships can not be downgraded e.g. from Gold to Silver.

ALL MEMBERSHIP TYPES

If you are a new user, you will need to register for an account. Registering is simple, just enter in your information and click on "Submit Information". Existing users, you will just need to Log-in to the "My control panel" page

After you Log-in, you can login and go to the "My Control panel" page. Here you will need to click on the "Post a property" link .This will take you to the upload a property information page for the ad.

Check the Information to make sure that it is correct, as this will be the information that appears on the web page. You may edit, add photos, hibernate, and delete properties from the control panel at any time.

On the Ad Information page, fill out the information for the property. When you are finished, click on the "Preview my rental property page" button at the bottom of the page. This will take you to the Ad Preview page.

On the Ad Preview page, if the information is correct, you can click the "Upload property page" button to post you ad online immediately. To add up to eight photos to the main property page (information to add photos will be on that next page) select the pictures from your hard drive. Pictures are automatically resized on upload in nearly all cases. There is a feature in the control panel for resizing extra large photo files.

If you would like to place another ad, click access your control panel again and repeat the steps above.

You may add as many properties as you want. Monthly fees are billed automatically at the end of each 30 day cycle and the monthly fee is based on the total number of properties in your portfolio at that time. (Please see "Monthly fees" above). System messages are on screen to notify of upgrading from one tier level to another and also e mails are sent notifying a user of any upgrade in tier levels. Tier levels are automatically adjusted according to the number of properties in your portfolio.

SILVER AND GOLD MEMBERS

For Silver and Gold members the feature for adding photos, and floor plans, for individual units is accessed from the user control panel
"Submit" button. A receipt for the ad(s) will be emailed to you. You can view your ad(s) by clicking on the "My Ads" link at the top of the page.
