Automatically change tier levels as properties are added to your portfolio. Your monthly fee will be charged for the tier level you are on at the beginning of every thirty day billing cycle.

In the event you need to delete properties completely from your portfolio then the tier level will automatically be adjusted as appropriate. The billing fee will become effective on your next monthly renewal.
