Owners make this home worth coming to year after year. Large flat yard with mature landscaping, plenty of color and privacy. Take along their red wagon and beach chairs as you transport your cooler down to the private association beach. Many events hosted by the association all summer long. Take your car if you like and park at the lot right near the beach.
Set on a corner lot with plenty of room both inside and out to enjoy a great family vacation on the Cape with all the comforts of home. Main floor has great room and dining room combination, large farmers table in the dining area with double french doors to a 3 season porch. The eat in kitchen is adjacent to the great room. A large family room and half bath with washer and dryer are located on the lower level complete with a futon, cozy gas fireplace and slider to outside patio. The Upper level features the master bedroom with queen bed and private bath along with 2 additional bedrooms and the 2nd full bath. Large closets in the bedrooms and in the hallway. Great room has stereo system with CD's left for your enjoyment. Hot and cold outside shower along with patio furniture and grills- charcoal and gas for cooking out. This is a home that you will enjoy and be very comfortable during your stay on the Cape.

Located near the home are shops, restaurants and beautiful senery. Enjoy driving route 6A towards Sandwich Village or take a day trip all the way to Provincetown and really take in the sights.
