Guests often enjoy a pretty front porch on the second floor and a back deck. There is also an air mattress for each room. It is just an 8-10-minute walk to the Central Square metro and one stop to Harvard or MIT. Or walk 16 minutes to Kendal Square at MIT or 23 minutes to Harvard. There is one off street parking spaces for small cars and a permit is provided for one on-street parking for a larger car. They must be reserved.
