This room shares a bathroom with the room next to it which is leased price. That room has 2 temperpedic beds. One is twin and the other is a full size bed.The common areas of the house are shared by my tenants and I which include my large- well equipped kitchen, a kitchenette in the basement which has a second fridge and pantry storage space for each room, living room and family room, a powder room, and a laundry room. Accommodations are for 2 guests per room with potential for up to 5 or more guests in the master bedroom, for an additional fee.
