I am moving out at the end of April, so you can move in then or in the beginning of August when the new lease starts. I signed a 6 month lease, but you are more than welcome to extend it to a 10 month or 12 month lease. My lease starts August 1, 2019 and ends December 31, 2019. If you decide to stick with the 5 month lease it will be 824 a month this includes parking, but excludes utilities. If you extend the lease to a 12 month lease, it is 674 a month this includes parking, but excludes utilities. The Village Promenade has covered parking. You would be taking over my parking spot. Utilizes are not that much more extra a month. I usually pay anywhere from 20-30 a month. The Village Promenade comes fully furnished They even have a washer and dryer in every unit.
