Large family home in a beautiful area of North Falmouth, Megansett. Very private walk to Megansett Beach, the playground, ball field, basketball, tennis courts and bike trail. Perfect for a multi-family vacation, plenty of room for all the kids. Large yard and wrap around deck. Nice front yard and shade from the beautiful trees surrounding the property. Enjoy beautiful sunsets from the deck. 3/10 mile to the beach. Outdoor shower not enclosed.

Main floor has cathederal ceilings, living room, kitchen, dining area, full bathroom, 3 bedrooms one of which is the master bedroom with its own bathroom. Walk out lower level has the 3 bedrooms and a full bath. Sorry, fireplace not for use.

Please no parking on the lawn as there is a sprinkler system.
