The location on the first floor is very convenient in that you can park and walk right into your living room. No need to use the elevator or stairs. The apartment is a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom with washer and dryer included. There is 807 square feet and the floor plan is 1.1BWe currently are in a lease that ends on 22814. We need to get out of our lease because we just purchased a home. We currently pay 819 a month for rent. The 819 includes rent, cable, water, and sewer. You would have to pay utility billing seperately. Cable includes up to 67 channels of programming and local channels in HD. We are looking for someone to move in the first of November or the first of December at the latest. You would sign a new lease with Whispering Ridege that would end on 22814. After that you could sign a new lease if you wanted. There is a 40 appliaction charge but that is it. Our deposit would transfer over to you so you wouldnt have to pay much up front.
