It will be available to move in on June 1st (Possibly earlier), and you would take over the last 3 months of our lease. After Sept 5th you can sign your own lease with the apartment complex or move.

The apartment complex is pet friendly with certain breed restrictions. 2 pool/hot tub areas in the complex. 1 covered parking space for the apartment with an option of $50 per month for a garage.

How it would work is you will pass a background check with the apartment complex, then you can move in and pay our monthly price which is $1,324 which includes trash and water. Gas, electric, and cable/internet are separate. Apartment has working AC and Heat.

Community is friendly for families or young people. Great for skiers/outdoors people. 7 minute walk from a nice dog park with a 1 mile loop walking trail. Corner of Bengal and Highland. Complex is called Pinnacle Highland Apartments.
